I was born in London and studied at St Martin's College of Art. I have lived in Brighton for 15 years, close to the sea, close to countryside and amongst the inspiring people who live in this city.

My yoga journey started 10 years ago when my two daughters were no longer babies. I wanted to focus on my physical wellbeing  initially, but as my love for yoga grew I realised how the mindful practice of yoga was also having a positive impact on my mental wellbeing. My yoga practice serves as a model for my mind.

There are many benefits of yoga - we can use it simply as a physical fitness tool but the effects are more far-reaching. Yoga can help with focus, provide relief from stress and insomnia, aid the digestive system, support hormonal balance and increase joint and muscle fexibilty. No matter who you are, your practice will take you somewhere better.
