Classes

All classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of five people, so I can give personalised attention to each student.

My teaching comes from a background of vinyasa yoga. We flow through a sequence of postures, and use the breath to help focus the mind, find strength and help us open into postures.

Please check before coming to a class to ensure there is a space available. Each class is one hour unless specified.

Mats , blocks, water and belts are all provided.

Drop-in class:  £10, or £50 for 6 classes

One to one session:   £35, or £160 for 5 classes
